Collection and Use of Personal Information
Two Masters Wine Club may collect personal information from its members such as name, email address, shipping address, phone number, birthdate, credit card number, and billing address. We may use this information in the following ways:

To process and fulfill wine package orders and gift membership purchases, including to send confirmation emails containing order status and shipment tracking information.
To communicate and send information via email, postal mail, telephone, or other means about our products, services, and promotions, unless directed not to by the individual.
To analyze trends and statistics in order to improve the member experience and improve our internal business processes.
To contact our members if necessary.

Sharing of Personal Information with Other Parties
Because Two Masters Wine Club chooses not to be a reseller, and rather provide our members with information on how they can purchase additional bottles of featured wines directly from the wine producer, we may periodically share the first and last names of our members with the wine producers for means of analyzing orders directed from Two Masters Wine Club.

Two Masters Wine Club will not provide any additional personal information other than the first and last names of our members with the producers of our featured wines. Our featured wine producers are instructed not to attempt to contact any member without the expressed consent of the individual.

Storage and Security of Payment Information
Two Masters Wine Club utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to digitally encrypt personal information that is transmitted through our web site.

Two Masters Wine Club does not store our member’s sensitive payment information including credit card numbers and billing addresses on our servers. Two Masters Wine Club uses Authorize.Net, a leading internet payment gateway provider, for the secure storage of sensitive payment information and the processing of credit card transactions.
