Red Mare Cab 2010

Winemaker's Notes: Dark cherry notes dominates the nose of our 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon.  Much like vintages in the past, this wine is full of fresh fruit, blue berry and blackberry.  The earthiness of cherry pit comes through along with a hint of cedar, lush caramel and black pepper.  There is an enticing hint of black olive, anise and dried herb.  In the mouth the wine expresses it’s fruit and dynamic undertones.  It is a structured and full bodied wine, with a generous and long finish. As this wine sits in the glass in evolves quite a bit, hinting that it will improve greatly with age.
