Tasting Notes: The aromas are very expressive, displaying ample dark ripe berry fruit, mocha and cigar box notes. There is a pleasant beam of vanilla and spicy clove character that integrates with the dark fruit on the nose. On the palate, the wine is powerful. The fruit is dark and expressive, offering ripe blackberry and black cherry flavors with a medley of vanilla and mocha tones from the barrels. It has a full body, with ample yet balanced tannins that will match well with a range of dishes, yet will also provide the wine with the backbone for graceful long term aging. Drink Now through 2028.
