Tasting Notes: The 2010 Tietjen Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is another classic. Dark red fruit, loads of sweet vanilla and mocha oak. The texture is very rich with a big and full mid-palate and the tannins frame the wine wonderfully. The finish is long and the tannins are smooth. The wine is powerfully elegant – a trait that we have found consistently in this wine since our first Vintage in 1989.
