Notes from the Winemaker: The Trinitas 2012 Chardonnay is from the Los Carneros appellation of the Napa Valley. Barrel aging in American oak lends to aromas of hickory , crème brulee and cotton candy. Secondary fermentation creates a mid-palate with rich flavors of creamy butter and caramel. Lemon curd and Charred Pineapple sing with a juicy explosion.
