Tasting Notes: The vintage had incredible aromatics from the time it was on the crush-pad, and these have carried through into the bottle. The joy of seeing exactly what the true essence of the Dos Lagos Vineyards can produce cannot be overstated. We simply don’t do any blending since we don’t need to, the fruit yields such a well balanced, complex wine that we just leave it alone. 100% Estate from a high altitude, volcanic soil vineyard is typically not this smooth, but this wine is richly layered, complex, and such a pure expression of Cabernet Sauvigon.
