Mad Hatter Red 2015

Tasting Notes: The first vintage of Mad Hatter was made from the 2003 harvest, with the commitment of making an elegant and well-balanced Bordeaux blend from vineyards throughout Napa Valley. The 2015 vintage aptly continues that commitment. Under the winemaking direction of Tuck Beckstoffer and Shawn Johnson, we have selected vineyards on Pritchard Hill, St. Helena and Pope Valley along with a small amount of Mendocino fruit. By blending Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc, we have created a wine with complex aromas, great balance and a long smooth finish.
