Tasting Notes: Sourced from two cool weather vineyards, susceptible to lingering morning fog, and constant coastal breezes, respectively. Barrel fermented, with native yeast, in neutral French oak. Aged on the lees in neutral French oak for 5 months; 10% malolactic fermentation.
