Notes from the Winemaker:. The 2019 Trujillo Cab is all about fun, exotic, lush aromas. Incredibly forward and expressive with plush blue and black fruits, floral notes of violets and sweet herbs such as fresh sage and a slight hint of minty tobacco. A minerally graphite earthiness makes it even more complex and interesting. The wine is full bodied and delivers lavishly with enticing flavors of black cherry, black fig, caramel and spice that is seamlessly laced together by fine-grained tannin, perfectly balanced acidity all giving this wine flight, structure, and length.
